250 g speculoos cookies

80 g powdered sugar

Preparation:

Base:
Crush the speculoos into fine crumbs and mix with the melted butter.
Press into the bottom of a springform pan (20 cm) and chill for 30 minutes. -
Cream filling:
Beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla.
Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cheese mixture. -
