Even if mayonnaise is the most classic sauce there is, you should know that our Dutch neighbors like to add sugar to their Mayonnaise, but like a lot of sugar. At DIKNEK, they said to themselves, even if it means adding sweetness, they might as well do it in the purest Belgian way, they threw in a full speculoos, and we'll see. There you go, it sounds crazy but it's a refined sauce, with its aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, cardamom and white pepper. We tried, we tasted, we are amazed.
