Boni Selection Zeeland mussels come from aquaculture in the Netherlands with the MSC label. Enjoy it on a summer day with a delicious serving of Belgian fries. Each package contains 65 to 85 super caliber molds for 2 kg.

Ingredient: 100% Zeeland mussels (Mytilus edulis).

These animals must be alive at the time of purchase and cooked before consumption.

Origin: Raised in the Netherlands and/or Germany (FAO 27.IVc - Eastern Scheldt and/or Wadden Sea). Packed in the Netherlands.

Packaged in a protective atmosphere.

Preparation :

- Rinse the mussels with plenty of cold water.
- If necessary, remove the barnacles with a knife.
- Control the sandy molds by sliding the two parts of the shell against each other.
- Tap on the mussels that have remained open: if they remain open, throw them away.
- Heat some water in a large saucepan over high heat and then fill it halfway with mussels, vegetables and aromatic herbs.
- Place the lid on the pan and cook until scum reaches the sides of the pan.
- Then remove the lid so that the foam disappears, replace it and shake the pan.
- Repeat this operation twice. It's ready !

Store in a dry place away from heat and light. Store in the refrigerator (max. +7°C). After opening, is consumed immediately.
