This semi-liquid pita sauce, emulsified in a creamy mixture, is seasoned with a little garlic and aromatic herbs. A typical sauce to use on your pita, your kebab or your gyros but also excellent with pork or mutton and burgers. It can be enriched with yogurt or cottage cheese. 3 liter bucket

Ingredients: Rapeseed oil (65%), fresh egg yolks, water, garlic powder, mustard (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, herbs), dextrose, vinegar, salt, constituent of milk, dextrose, herbs , spices, food acid (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), thickener (guar gum, xanthan gum), antioxidants (calcium disodium-EDTA).
May contain traces of gluten, soy, celery and fish.
Store in a dry place away from heat and light. Close the packaging well after opening.
