Ingredients: Pork, beef, iodized salt (salt, potassium iodate), dextrose, spices (pepper, coriander, garlic), antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), preservative (sodium nitrite), wood smoke.
Prepared with 160 gr of pork and beef for 100 gr Bifi.
The transparent film around the sausage is inedible.
Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Keep dry and away from heat and light. Close the packaging tightly after opening.
