Tirlemont impalpable sugar or icing sugar is produced from refined sugar. The sugar is crushed, deaerated and added with a maximum of 5% corn starch to prevent the formation of agglomerates. It is a very white sugar in powder form which can be used to garnish and sprinkle, in order to create a snow effect, all your pastries. Each package contains 250 gr.
