Ingredients: Prefried aubergines 36% (aubergines 31%, sunflower oil), crushed peeled tomatoes in juice 23% (tomatoes, tomato juice, acidifier: citric acid), aubergines 15%, chopped onions 12% , semi-reduced tomato puree 4.8%, double tomato concentrate 2.2%, sugar 2%, extra virgin olive oil 1%, basil 0.9%, salt, garlic, concentrated lemon juice.
