Vegetarian white pudding made with local oyster mushrooms flavored to perfection with onions and parsley. These sausages taste like real white pudding, but contain no meat. The oyster mushrooms provide a delicious helping of umami. Very recognizable in taste, but so much better for the planet. The sausages are wrapped in a plastic film which must be removed before cooking. After peeling, the white pudding is ready to cook. Each package contains 2 sausages for 180 gr.

Ingredients: Water, oyster mushroom (20.1%), onion (18.7%), rapeseed oil, mushroom, free-range egg white powder, lentil protein, coconut fat, sugar, starch potatoes, emulsifiers (polysorbate 60; sunflower lecithin), stabilizers (methylcellulose; xanthan gum), acidity regulator (trisodium citrate), color (beta-carotene), natural flavors, salt, bamboo fibre, spices (contains mustard powder), herbal extract, parsley (0.3%).

Store in a dry place away from heat and light. Close the packaging well after opening.
